As our Sr. Administrative Program/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Cedars-Sinai and UCLA academic appointment, promotion, and review processes for department faculty. This role is not an admin assistant, instead it is taking ownership of an academic appointments process.
You will manage the entire life cycle of academic appointments for faculty: initiate academic appointment actions; review, assess and update candidate dossier including CV in correct format, solicitation of referee letters, and completion of other required documents/components of the dossier. You will also serve as advisor to faculty as needed and implement internal workflows to streamline processes to ensure required deadlines are met. Additionally, you will coordinate with UCLA and Cedars-Sinai's institutional review body and administrators, and other departments as needed.
