Reporting to the Director of Career and Professional Development, the Career Services Coordinator coordinates program efforts to promote full use of career services by undergraduate students at each campus.
Develops and presents career development presentations/workshops. Partner with faculty and staff for class presentations and workshops.
Assists with the development of creative initiatives for marketing and promoting of Career and Professional Development to community, faculty, and students. Maintain officeâ™s social media presence.
Assists in creating, implementing, and executing diverse, professional, and innovative learning experiences to enhance career development. Â
Assists with program evaluation and departmental assessments. Supports the general administrative functions of Career and Professional Development such as data collection, analysis, and evaluating the effectiveness of office services and programming.

Education â“ Bachelorâ™s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience â“ Three years of related experience.
Knowledge of â“ Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to â“ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Ability to work independently once given a project. Ability to manage multiple, ongoing programs and services.

A masterâ™s degree in higher education administration, social work, counseling, or related field.
