The IT Planning Analyst is a member of VCCS Information Technology Services. This position is responsible for providing support to the System Office, Operations and Planning Team, the college's technology departments, and the Shared Service Center. The position is responsible for managing the System Office technology budgets, managing System Office technology procurements, developing the VCCS Technology Strategic Plan, and managing the annual planning cycle of events with the colleges to ensure that technology standards are maintained and adhered to. The individual helps to gather technology information in order to understand technology needs of the VCCS, providing recommendations and reports for critical technology decision making.
