*Plan,execute, and evaluate 4-H Youth Development educational programs under thedirection of the Extension Director.
*Implement,evaluate, and report 4-H Youth Development programs related to organization,leadership, recognition, sponsorship, etc.
*Assumeresponsibility for all youth projects, activities, shows, events, andcommittees.
*Secureand train volunteer leaders and serve as an educational resource foreducational youth programs within the county.
*Responsibleto the County Extension director and must keep current on the latest researchinformation in youth development.
*Provideleadership for a program of activities that meets the needs of all eligibleclientele regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability,religion or veteran status.
*Assumeother duties as assigned.
*Be responsiblefor 26 hours of work a week.
