Job Description Summary: Webster University's Jacksonville Metro and NAS Campuses are seeking terminal degree professors in the following discipline: Criminal Justice:
Theories of Crime and Justice
Institutional and Community Corrections
Policing and Law Enforcement
American Constitutional Law
Minimum Qualifications Ph.D., Ed.D., or JD in the subject area or closely related field from an accredited institution 5 years of experience as a practitioner in a relevant subject area 3 years of experience teaching adults at the graduate level Interdisciplinary base of knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills APA format and documentation
Preferred Qualifications Applicants must be willing to support the mission and core values of Webster University and enhance excellence in teaching at the Jacksonville Metro and NAS Campuses.
Essential Duties Classes are taught onsite (no online courses but there is the possibility of blended courses using WebEx video conference technology), one day a week (Monday through Thursdays) for nine week terms, between the hours of 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
