Under the leadership of the CIS Contract Manager this position will assist with identifying, assessing, and monitoring information technology risk by performing hands-on security risk assessment as well as other compliance regulations related to research grants and proposals. Assists with monitoring and reporting of cloud computing spends. This position will also collaborate with contract owners and other university departments in supporting the contractual relationship with service vendors. Facilitates contract activities, including assisting with contract development and approval process. Monitors vendor contracts to ensure terms and conditions are met. Maintains and manages the detailed information in the contract database.
Bachelorâ™s degree and 1 â“ 2 years of experience with contract review, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working within an IT environment preferred
Experience supporting multiple contracts or complex agreements preferred
Experience with analyzing IT risk assessments preferred
Experience with contract management tools and workflow processing/administration preferred
Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, policies and procedures preferred
