We are looking for an Assistant Research Scientist who will work on a collaborative project between the Center for Data Science and the Department of Radiology at New York University. The Assistant Research Scientist will develop an open-source software framework that supports remote evaluation of a deep learning based system for breast cancer screening in order to facilitate fair comparison among various state-of-the-art deep learning models without requiring scientists and engineers to have direct access to privacy-sensitive data.
The candidate must have a M.Sc. or equivalent degree in data science or equivalent discipline and have experience in both deep learning for breast cancer screening and developing an evaluation system.
Please apply by providing your current CV and cover letter.
