The Rockefeller University seeks a Research Assistant, Neurobiology and Behavior to join Neurobiology and Behavior. The Research Assistant will work on a research project whose goal is to understand how giant neurons in the (mouse) hindbrain regulate brain alertness and attention. Responsibilities include nerve cell culture, immunocytochemistry, and animal behavior.
Bachelor's degree in science required. Must be willing to work with mice. Experience with nerve cell culture, immunohistochemistry, and animal behavior strongly preferred.
