Position Summary The Marriage and Family Therapy program seeks to hire a Clinical Assistant Professor to start in Fall, 2021. Candidates in all areas of marriage and family therapy will be considered, although strong preference will be given to applicants with the ability to contribute to graduate training in one or more of the following areas: theoretical foundations of Marriage and Family Therapy; assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of couples and families; impact of culture, race and gender in Couples and Family therapy; and clinical supervision.
Experience & Educational Background
Applicants with a strong track record of teaching, training, and clinical involvement are sought.
A Doctorate and a license, or license-eligibility in New York State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), however, applicants with a Master's degree and LMFT license will be considered.
