The Department of Psychology at Louisiana State University anticipates filling a tenure-track or tenured position at the Assistant or Associate level within the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program effective August 2021. This appointment will be full-time (nine-month), with an attractive 2-2 teaching load of both graduate and undergraduate courses. This position requires teaching both undergraduate and graduate students, supervising graduate and undergraduate student research, maintaining an active research program capable of attracting research funding, publishing books, book chapters, and journal articles in top-tier I/O journals, presenting research at conferences and professional meetings, and participating in departmental, college, and university service activities commensurate with rank. If hired at the Advanced Assistant or Associate level, this position would also involve taking a leadership role in a vibrant and growing I/O program. ABDs near completion, Assistant professors, and Associate professors are encouraged to apply. Area of research interest is open.
Required Qualifications: A Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field with specialization substantively relevant to I/O Psychology is required.
