Under general supervision, perform routine parking lot maintenance, street and walk maintenance, and other related pavement maintenance; landscape construction and maintenance for both City and East Campus including signage, benches, and fences. Operate and maintain equipment and machinery safely. Operate a refuse/recycling rear-loading packer truck and participate in snow removal and ice prevention in assigned areas and elsewhere on campus as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Irregular hours and weekends may be required on occasion. Must be available 24/7 for snow and ice removal emergencies. Must possess CDL or obtain CDL within 90 days of starting in this position.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Eighth grade education plus two years commercial landscape and/or construction experience required; equivalency considered. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required.
Previous heavy equipment experience desirable. Previous concrete/asphalt maintenance and landscape grading experience helpful. CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement preferred.
