The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University seeks a part-time instructor to teach ANT 300 – Transnationalism and Refugees in Global Perspective, Spring 2021. Course Description: Focusing on the experiences of forced migrants and refugees around the world in recent times, this course will rely on anthropological and other readings, films, documentaries, news clips, and lectures to explore issues of gender, sociocultural integrations, coping mechanisms, transnational identities, and socioeconomic processes as they relate to mass displacement.
