Advertised Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, this position will manage the graduate students HR paperwork and accounts, which includes hiring and making tuition payments for all graduate students, in addition to hiring undergraduate student helpers. This also includes processing account changes for graduate and undergraduate student hires. The position will coordinate and manage accounts related to the advertisement, nomination, selection, and payment of all graduate and undergraduate student awards, such as scholarships and fellowships, in addition to managing the department's USC Educational Foundation Accounts and processing the payments for departmental travel and seminar awards. Finally, the position will serve as the webmaster, which includes administering, maintaining, updating, and coordinating the development of new material for the department's website.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
