John Tyler Community College is seeking a Fixed Asset Administrator to manage the security and tracking of the Collegeâs assets, inventories, surplus property, real estate and leased property inventory for all College campuses and off-site locations. The Administrator will plan, develop, and implement College policies and procedures for assets, surplus, real estate, leased property inventory and FAIS/FAACS regulations for College personnel. Provide guidance and leadership to College staff in assets, surplus, and FAIS/FAACS. The Administrator will also oversee, develop, and coordinate College space relocations with Facilities, ITSC, and College occupants on all relocations of offices, classrooms, and other College spaces, so that consistency is followed and all necessary services are notified as required.
