Job Summary: The Mental Health Professional I provides professional clinical services to their clients.
Additional Department Summary: The incumbent will have the responsibility of coordinating a variety of activities, materials, and information to support the clinical implementation efforts by the SBIRT grant. Serves as a liaison between SBIRT and partners Off-site Facilities and implementation partners in the coordination of clinical services. Serves as a member of the Program Coordination Team to coordinate administrative and implementation services for existing and newly developed programs offered through SBIRT. Serves as a SBIRT Liaison with program constituent groups and conduct presentations with appropriate audiences. This position involves a high degree of complexity and creative thinking skills and clinical mental health and substance use knowledge. The incumbent is charged with coordinating and implementing all clinical services required for the successful administration of programs. The duties associated with this position require the ability to analyze information and make critical decisions. Incumbent must have the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external constituents.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a mental-health related field such as counseling, psychology or social work.
Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Experience Substance Use Knowledge
