Research - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct, oversee, and analyze data from multiple complex Experiments (45%) -TIL cell culture -Assess functionality of modified TIL cells -FACS panel analysis of gene edited TIL cells
Design and oversight of new experimental plans and procedures (45%) -Development methods for culture and analysis of TILs
Routine lab maintenance (5%) Materials acquisition and laboratory organization as necessary
Supervision (5%) Supervise undergraduate research assistants and laboratory technical personnel who will aid in performing multiple complex experiments.
All required qualifications must be documented on application materials.
Required Qualifications: BS/BA in biology, molecular biology, chemistry or related field and 2 years of related research experience OR equivalent combination of education and work experience to equal 6 years of which 2 years include related research experience.
