Under the guidance of the Strategic Response Manager, the Program Manager, Contact Tracing & Screening is responsible for managing the COVID Contact Tracing and Screening Program for faculty, staff and students. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and updating surveillance protocols, workflows, procedures, and scripts. S/he will also recruit, train and oversee staff, including Contact Tracers, who also reach out to community members about reports via Barnard's health screening tools/questionnaires.

Required Qualification Summary:
●Bachelor's degree required, 2 to 3 years of experience with at least one year of supervisory/management experience. ●Medical, mental health, and/or public health background.
