The receptionist for the Newark Campus admissions and academic advising offices: provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; performs reception functions such as answering phones, greeting guests and scheduling appointments; provides general information to both internal and external customers; refers students to other campus departments and community services; assists students with scheduling for both the admissions and advising staffs; assists students by providing basic information as it relates to the admissions and advising offices and the Newark campus; and performs data entry and other basic clerical functions.
