A Clinical Research Assistant to provide assistance in support of an e-cigarette research project that primarily involves remote data collection (online and phone-based, although some in-person interactions with participants may be required); provides daily management for the study, including monitoring participant recruitment and enrollment, coordinating/scheduling participant data-collection windows, managing the shipment of materials to participants, and communicating regularly with other investigators; maintains accurate, complete, and confidential records following research protocol; monitors data collection, including reviewing data for completeness and quality; trouble-shoots information technology issues and provide technical assistance to participants when needed; assists with dissemination of research reports and manuscripts.
Bachelor's degree; computer skills and experience with smartphone applications; have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; be able to work independently; work well as a member of a research team and have good interpersonal skills in relation to interacting with study participants.
Experience working in a behavioral research setting; experience with computer coding; able to work flexible or non-traditional hours.
Target Salary: $15.00 - $20.21 Hourly
