Description of Work:
Performs detailed maintenance including data entry of the course catalog and class schedule information stored in the class registration system within the Registrar's Office. Audits and compares data being shared between curriculum management, class scheduling, student information system, and degree audit systems for accuracy. Update student degree requirements in the degree audit system and assist in clearing students for graduation. Learn and review office practices in varying roles that are being impacted by new technology or policies. Assist Registrar Office leadership team in implementing new procedures that incorporate changes to the environment. Assists in special projects as needed to include curriculum mass updates, providing commencement assistance, and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree plus two (2) years of data entry experience and experience working in an office setting required; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of general office practices and office equipment required. Attention to detail required. Must have excellent customer services skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience on a college campus or in student records office preferred. Knowledge of information systems/data bases helpful. Analytical/problem solving skills desirable.
Posted Salary: $16.00/hr minimum
