Goucher College's Associate Registrar will contribute to the functioning of the Office of the Registrar by working with faculty, staff, students and parents to communicate academic policies, recommend action and resolve problems. The position's responsibilities include course and exam scheduling, aiding in registration, grading and academic record maintenance, providing data and ad hoc reporting, updating the departmental website, supervising student workers, and aiding in graduation and commencement, including producing diplomas. This position functions as the main contact for the office to the National Student Clearinghouse, for enrollment and degree reporting.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years' experience in a college registration office.
Preferred candidates will have a Master's Degree and 3-5 years' experience in a college registration office.
