The Assistant Director for Mental Health Promotion is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating group- and population-level efforts to improve the mental wellbeing of undergraduate and graduate students. The position supports campus-wide prevention strategies that are evidence-based, clinically-informed, collaborative, and address the varying needs of our diverse student body.
Masters Degree in Public Health, Health Communication, Social Work, or related field
3-5 years experience
Excellent understanding of mental health challenges and opportunities in higher education
Exceptional project management skills
Exceptional communications skills
Exceptional teamwork skills
Proven self-starter and creative problem-solver
