Directs and manages the day-to-day operations of FoodShare hub(s) along with providing professional, technical services and research leadership and support for the UofSC Department of Internal Medicine, Division of FoodShare at UofSC School of Medicine. Overseeing/managing a combined budget of $6.8 M. Will design BCBS statewide diabetes prevention program and develop partnerships between the department and other rural health care providers as well as plan, implement and open new FoodShare hubs in 38 counties over the next 5 years.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s degree in business or public health related field and 5 years of related program management experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience. Required to be Certified Diabetes Educator through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists.
