Implements services for grant-funded counseling program for victims of crime.
Program management. Coordinates with community sites to offer the Crime Victims program. Coordinates services with local Victims Services. Develops schedule of programs / staffing to meet programmatic goals. Ensures program staff / interns are trained and deliver assigned services with fidelity. Adheres to funder's contractual compliance. Submits timely and accurate reports as outlined by grantor contract and supervisor's guidelines. Supervision on Interns. Interviews and supervises assigned interns to ensure compliance with program, funder(s) and School of Social Work Field Office requirements. Community Collaboration: Develops and maintains community collaborations needed to fulfill program requirements. Participates in community meetings. Obtains signatures on Memorandums of Understanding from community partners. Program Quality. Monitors the delivery of the program, using Quality Management tools, to ensure the quality of program deliver. Completes monthly Quality Management reports for assigned programs to monitor progress toward reaching annual Performance Measures. Develops and submits timely reports to supervisor. Develops plans to meet any goals that fall below standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
Master’s degree. LCSW; experience in program management or supervision.
