The role is designed to support the implementation of an effective program for students with behavioral challenges in the Philadelphia public schools.
Responsibilities include reviewing the relevant research and practice literature; adapting program content to the research/practice review and the implementation context; developing online training materials and consultation sessions; facilitating training and consultation; monitoring participants' engagement, knowledge, and efficacy; providing feedback on the work of the project team.
Candidates should have a master's degree in education or psychology or be a doctoral candidate in education or psychology. Practical experience as an educator or school-based practitioner is highly encouraged. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to attend to detail and manage tasks efficiently.
