Brief Description of Position:  Under the supervision of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Academic Programs Coordinator plans, develops, implements and monitors projects and reports in the academic area to enhance quality instruction and institutional effectiveness. The Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all programs of study and prepares the curriculum course schedule. The Academic Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between the office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Curriculum Divisions.

Salary:  Hiring Range – Minimum to Midpoint ($2,761 – 3,451/monthly)

  1. Associate Degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field.
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  3. Three to Five years of office experience.
  4. Experience creating documents including spreadsheets and reports using MS Office applications.
  5. Experience using Adobe PDF
  6. Experience using Datatel/Colleague preferred.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collegially with faculty and staff.
  8. Strong organizational skills.
  9. Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment required.
