The Rockefeller University seeks a Clinical Research Nurse to join Hospital. The Clinical Research Nurse will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out assigned clinical research protocols accomplished through development or updating protocols, procedures, and standards for a study in collaboration with the research team. Responsibilities include reinforcing compliance to protocol procedures, collecting research data as required, providing direct nursing care as needed, and teaching research participants protocol-specific information.
Bachelor's degree in nursing required; current New York State Registered Nursing License and a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience required. Must obtain BLS upon hire and ACLS certification within six months of hire. Phlebotomy/IV certification preferred. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
