Assist Business Officer with the preparation of all Undergraduate Education Unit budgets for the annual Budget Presentation. Monitor and reconcile multiple budgets (General, Non-General and Grants) for the Unit; process Financial transfer request (FTRs)internally and externally across campus to provide resources for programming; produce weekly expenditure and monthly budget reports. Review /approve 49erMart orders and Facilities Management requests; Create /coordinate google forms to process Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs); Process /submit Employee & Student Direct Payment Request (ESDPR) Travel reimbursements, Electronic Check (eCR), etc). Format Labor Distribution reports for distribution across the Unit. Keep abreast of all financial policies, regulations, and processes.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through three years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Three years' experience in a College, University or Cooperate Environment.
At least intermediate proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps.
Experience with Banner Finance, FTRs, Banner Student, EPAFs, 49erMart, and other related software
Excellent administrative and organization skills.
Ability to support business functions and follow established processes internally and externally.
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Associate Degree in a business related field or a minimum of 18 credits in Accounting.
