The Department of Theatre, Film, and Digital Production seeks one lecturer for the Winter 2021 quarter to direct our department production of SHE KILLS MONSTERS. Instruction and direction for this production will be in a remote format through Zoom.
The director will be appointed as lecturer for the course TFDP 170: Performance in Production and will guide undergraduate actors and work with a full production design team. At the end of the quarter, the directors will assign grades to each student in the class based on their performances throughout rehearsal and performances. Production meetings begin in November and the position is contingent on the availability of funds.

Salary: Approximately $9396.83 per course per quarter
Qualifications: Required: MA, MFA, Ph.D. or equivalent experience (3 years professional and/or university directing experience) and a record of professional and/or university directing.
Preferred: Teaching and/or directing experience at the university level is desired. A familiarity with Zoom technology and the ability to communicate through technological means will be a plus for this position.
