The Executive Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion is a position of leadership charged with developing the college's approach to civic and community engagement through facilitating relationships between the college, community leaders and stakeholders across the city as well as in Harlem. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring that community engagement work is rooted in sustained and meaningful relationships with the Harlem community and builds upon existing institutional efforts.

Required Qualification Summary:
●Master's Degree in a related field with experience working with organizations such as Campus Compact. ●Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience running and developing community and civic engagement programs
