Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as administrative support for Online & Transfer Services.
Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the first point of contact (visitors, email, phone) to ensure the highest quality of customer service to students, staff, faculty, parents, and administrators.
Manage general office duties such as receptionist duties, preparation of documents and email, compiling records, organizing and maintaining files, and mail distribution.
Use a variety of technology platforms including Google suites, Microsoft Office, Banner, Slate, DegreeWorks, and others.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Ability to engage in a positive manner with various constituents.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and perform work independently.
