This position will provide oversight and management of gift accounts and assist the Vice President of Advancement in all aspects of resource development for the College and the SCC Foundation. Responsible for processing and tracking all gifts, department expenditures, budget tracking and donor correspondence. ______________________________________________

Manage gift accounts and constituent information through processing and tracking of gifts and pledges; oversee PeopleSoft gift accounts for SCC; and manage department spreadsheets. Work in conjunction with the Business Office on monthly SCC gift reports and evaluate and prepare income estimates for the college gift accounts.
Manage and track gift scholarships through maintaining databases of gift scholarship reports; working closely with scholarship coordinator; informing donors of scholarship recipients and endowment reports.
Responsible for department expenditures, budget tracking and payment of invoices.
Prepare and distribute materials related to the SCC Board of Directors; prepare minutes of the board meetings; assist with planning quarterly meetings.
Assist Executive Director of the SCC Foundation; process expenditure requests and keep accurate records of all transactions related to the Foundation; prepare donor correspondence; prepare and distribute board materials for Foundation meetings and prepare the minutes; assist with planning quarterly meetings.
Work closely with KCTCS Advancement office with monitoring the processing and reporting of private funds.
Monitors proper stewardship of donations
Assist with implementation of all policies, procedures, and reporting of activities related to advancement for the college and the SCC Foundation.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business related field with 2 years of experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business related field with 2 years of experience. Accounting with QuickBooks experience is highly recommended.
