This Applications Support Specialist I will be responsible for:
Assisting in the maintenance and administration of the Digital Health team's systems in partnership with internal resources. Supports business process and technology. Tests assumptions and data.
Supporting the Digital Health team in performing system testing, system implementations, business process improvements, system upgrades, system optimizations, production activities and end user engagement improvement initiatives.
Providing support to Digital Health staff on defining and documenting system processes, data flow, controls and interfaces for Digital Health systems. Provides analytical and technical support to team members and end users.
Serving as the first contact between ISD or the vendor and the end user community pertaining to production issues, training issues, or changes related to system enhancements. Conducting analysis to determine root cause and resolution of issues. Guiding end users through diagnostic procedures in order to resolve issues. Works with technical teams and coordinates the resolution of problems. Escalating issues and proposed changes to supervisor.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in computer science or a closely related field.
Knowledge of project management software.
The analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in-depth, experienced-based cross-functional knowledge.
Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, or well-developed writing skills.
