The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine (UPSDM) is accepting applications for a full-time, non-tenure stream faculty position in the Department of Prosthodontics. The faculty rank of assistant professor, associate professor or professor will depend on experience and qualifications. The primary responsibilities include didactic and clinical instruction of dental students and residents, scholarly activities, and service. Participation in University Dental Health Services faculty practice is also available.
Applicants must have a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA accredited school and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Prosthodontics from the American Board of Prosthodontists. The applicant must be eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license. Preference will be given to those with additional training and experience. Application reviews will continue until the position is filled. Qualified candidates could also be considered to serve the role of Program Director for the Prosthodontics residency program.
