The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine has an open PhD Research Investigator position to join our faculty in Ann Arbor, MI. The specific areas of research that this position will facilitate will be host-pathogen interactions in the skin and its relation to atopic dermatitis and S. aureus genetics. Successful candidate will conduct experiments, assist with manuscript and grant writing, and supervise laboratory technicians, graduate and undergraduate students rotating through the laboratory.
This position requires PhD or MD/PhD, 3-5 years postdoctoral experience in immunology and an excellent track record of publications in scientific peer-reviewed journals.
