HR is seeking a Communications & Engagement Specialist to create internal communications and digital experiences that engage and excite employees. Content will be delivered across multiple channels and developed with and for stakeholders throughout HR and MSK.
A consultative skill set and approach, as well as a flexible and collaborative working style, are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines. The position requires experience developing and managing intranet/web sites, with the ability to work effectively in Microsoft SharePoint Online.
Support HR Leadership and its Centers of Excellence by developing effective communications and end-user experience strategies.
Create and design content for MSKs ecosystem of educational, social, and transactional platforms (including SharePoint Online; ServiceNow; Workday; MSKs Benefits website, etc.),
Craft messaging and content for multiple channels meetings, online (intranet), email, presentations, mobile, video, and print.
Act as the editorial and content manager for HRs OneMSK presence (manage libraries, post communications, write and build content, plan for and respond to technology updates, etc.).
Work directly with the Senior Director, HR Operations and colleagues (including the HR Resource Center and People Analytics) to develop content and advance HR Operations delivery and priorities.
Coordinate with MSKs Enterprise Change Management organization to align and deliver support for major HR change initiatives impacting employees and people managers.
Liaise with departments across MSK (notably Marketing & Communications and Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions, DigITs) to align efforts with MSK strategic priorities.
Identify success metrics and regularly report on progress and gaps.
Facilitate vendor relationship calls and project manage SLA metrics and vendor deliverables.
Organize meetings and conference calls, preparing and circulating notes.
Maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence by all project team members to deadlines.

Bachelors degree or 4 years of professional experience (in lieu of a degree).
7-10 years of experience in a related field. Experience could be drawn from related professional or academic work.
Expertise with using Creative Cloud and/or Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
Experience building and managing content with SharePoint Classic/SharePoint Online.
Demonstrated interest in UI/UX research, design, and evaluation methodologies.
Ability to manage and create digital content for intranet/web/social platforms.
Ability to develop print materials, presentations, etc.
Ability to create pleasing, engaging materials that translate complexity and address regulatory requirements.
