• Maintain fundraising & prospect management software database (DonorPerfect), including campaigns, events, alumni records • General Administrative support for Educational Foundation Office • Maintain the Educational Foundation general ledger accounting system using SAGE Accounting 50 • Assist Director with scholarship application process - preparation of scholarship applications, award preparations, notices, contracts, etc. • Answer phones/ greet office guests • Assist with Special Events • General correspondence (daily donor letters) and preparation of large mailings (several per yr) • Serve as secretary to the Educational Foundation Board (record and file minutes from Board and committee meetings) • Honor requests from the President's office and assist with on-campus functions • Other duties as assigned
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written • Experience with database management systems and fundraising software - DonorPerfect preferred • Proficiency in bookkeeping - preferably for non-profit organizations - using computer-based accounting software; SAGE Accounting 50 (formerly Peachtree) or Quickbooks preferred • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher), Photoshop, Microsoft Office 365 • Demonstrate ability to multi-task • Advanced keyboarding skillsHigh school diploma with five years' experience
