Among other duties, this position will conduct the financial matters on behalf of the Purchasing Division, focusing heavily on budgets, revenues, human resources, payroll, and other functions related to financial matters. This position's job responsibilities will include management of the bid/contract desk, maintaining contract files and assistance with development of Bids, Request for Proposals, and contracts. The qualified candidate will handle budget, procurement card, travel, and maintain internal operations for the Purchasing Division's essential functions and other duties as assigned. This position is also responsible for conducting audits of University-wide procurement card usage.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience; strong communication skills (both written and oral); general office and computer skills, SAP knowledge and Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access).
