GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the primary function will be assisting students over the phone, entering data into computer files, maintaining student records, and providing backup to other staff as needed.

Spend at least 80% of the day assisting students over the phone.

Assist students with registration and billing issues.
Process enrollment verifications, high school transcripts and information requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Be able and willing to represent the College in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current students, clients, suppliers and the community we serve.
Be self-motivated to provide student services and to continually develop the technical skills necessary to successfully perform Enrollment Services functions.
Must enjoy working with other people and the public and exhibit skill in working accurately with complex details.
Must remain calm when confronted with many competing demands for attention.
Must develop working knowledge of student information system.
Must be a positive individual and possess excellent customer service skills.
Be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
High school diploma.
Customer service experience.
Must have recent and relevant experience or education related to modern databases and other computerized systems.
At least one year of experience working in higher education is preferred.
Associate degree preferred.
