Program Manager, School Health Institute for Education and Leadership Development The person in this position is the Program Manager for the outward facing, statewide Boston University School Health Institute for Education and Leadership Development (SHIELD), providing accreditation, webpage and logistical management for the SHIELD continuing education activities and non-accredited meetings. This program is funded by a multi-year, high-profile, contract between the Commonwealth, the School of Public Health (SPH) and the School of Medicine that supports the nationally ranked school health program professional development. The person in this position is expected to fulfill the mission of the Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) Continuing Medical Education/Continuing Nursing Education (CME/CNE) Office by independently managing the production and delivery of high-quality CME/CNE activities, with support from SPH leads and CME/CNE staff. Specific responsibilities include facilitating accreditation compliance, managing both in-person and remote conference logistics and the SHIELD webpage which includes the learning management system, providing customer service to all school nurses in Massachusetts, and interfacing between BU and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH).
Bachelor's Degree and 1 - 3 years of project management required.
