The Assistant Director for Awarding will help Boston University Financial Assistance achieve Boston Universitys goals for recruitment, retention, and superior service by assisting students in financing their education through financial analysis, planning, and advisement. This position will work as part of a team and manage a caseload of undergraduate students. The position will evaluate, analyze, and process detailed confidential reports to determine student eligibility for financial assistance using both federal and institutional methodology. Candidates must submit a cover letter and resume along with their application.
Candidates must have a bachelors degree and at least one year of experience in a service and detail-oriented position. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Working knowledge of federal and state financial aid policies, procedures, and regulations is preferred.
