To support the Directors and Lead Teachers in the coordination of clinical site placement for graduate students enrolled in clinical course work and obtaining clinical preceptors for core clinical classes and assisting students in program specific clinical classes.
Maintains an updated database of preceptors in multiple on-line systems while maintaining confidentiality and facilitates collection of end-of-semester paperwork for student, preceptor and faculty evaluations. Assists students in finding preceptors in various geographical locations. Serves as the liaison between clinical sites and students to coordinate necessary training and facilitate student orientation at various clinical agencies as needed. Maintains knowledge of the types of clinical requirements specific to agencies and the contact person at each agency. Assists in monitoring the compliance of students regarding their immunizations and required documents. Prepares, documents and tracks clinical placement assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of experience in administrative support and/or program coordination or the equivalent experience. Some customer service experience. Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, power point, etc.).
Three (3) years of experience with MS Office products. One (1) year of recruitment experience. Experience in healthcare delivery system. Call center experience.
