Summary of Duties: The Associate Director for the Institute for Research and Education to Advance Community Health (IREACH) will have primary responsibility for assisting with overall management of administrative and business operations and leadership for the unit. This position will act with delegated authority to exercise independent judgment and discretion for allocation of resources and accountability for program results through application of management policies to ensure compliance in areas of strategic planning, human resource management, and oversight of finance and budget operations. This position also supervises the unit's information technology, human subjects, and data management leads.
Required Qualifications: Positions require a Bachelors degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field which has included at least two (2) years of management experience. A Masters degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
