Responsible for complex, detailed support for the Department. This individual will support the Pediatric Neurosurgery Division faculty members. Will handle technical, medical and clinical aspects. Will plan, organize and schedule activities for two physicians. This includes patient care planning from appointments to testing to scheduling surgeries and follow-up care. Includes scheduling faculty engagements. Organize daily activities of faculty, resolve scheduling details between patients, physicians, operating room, admitting, anesthesia and medical orders. Track activities, keep various data bases for tumor program. Triage telephones, schedule, and maintain records.
