This position serves as the Coordinator of all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based recruitment communications to students in support of WKU's goal for strategic enrollment management and student success. The primary tool managed is WKU's CRM software, currently Slate by Technolutions. The Coordinator, CRM Applications reports to the Associate Director for Applicant Services and coordinates all communications via the CRM application. The Coordinator also serves as the chief liaison between end users and the vendor as well as overseeing the day to day operation/management of the application, maintains the system fields and prompts, creates/modifies email templates, develops, reviews, and edits communications to ensure accuracy of facts, correct language, message and consistent narrative, and serves as the system expert developing and providing user training and support at all levels of expertise.
Three years of higher education experience in Admissions or three years of experience in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management system administration; administrative experience with student information systems, database administration, or electronic file management may be substituted
Experience developing and implementing communications strategies
Literacy of Mac and Windows operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of web-editing software and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Software
Knowledge of SQL
Salary Grade: 107 Salary: $36,000
