About the Opportunity:
The Behavioral Health Improvement Institute (BHII) works shoulder to shoulder with community partners to improve behavioral health practice and outcomes for underserved populations. BHII is a go-to hub for behavioral health-related program development and evaluation, training and consultation, and technical assistance in New Hampshire and beyond.
BHII seeks an ambitious and talented person to join its small but thriving group initially as a Program Evaluator, with the intention of transitioning into a Project Director/Principal Investigator role within the next three years. This is a full-time, benefited position that is contingent on sufficient external funding, with which BHII has experienced substantial growth over the past decade. The successful candidate will have content expertise in behavioral health, training in applied research/program evaluation, and interests or skills in 1) analyzing quantitative data and 2) managing an evolving portfolio of projects.
Given the current state of the pandemic, BHII staff are working remotely. Under normal circumstances, this position requires regional availability for in-person meetings about 1-2 times per week.
