Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey is seeking a board-certified Medical Oncologist, Radiation Oncologist, or Surgical Oncologist to join our team to lead a new survivorship program for patients in New Brunswick and St Barnabas Medical Center, an affiliate location. This new and unique role also offers opportunity for academic research and clinical trials. The physician-led survivorship team would include two Nurse Practitioners as well as Social Workers to manage responsibility for cancer patients' post-treatment surveillance and unique challenges. This program will distinguish cancer care at SBMC and RCINJ by offering patients an even higher level of care post treatment. Academic appointment will be through Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Ideal candidates will be ABIM board-certified in addition to being fellowship trained and board certified in Oncology. Leadership experience preferred.
