Reporting to the Associate Director, Quality and Clinical Performance Improvement, the Program Coordinator will provide administrative and data analysis support to the quality program for the Columbia Affiliated Physicians Independent Practice Association (CAP IPA). The Program Coordinator will monitor key metrics across CAP IPA incentive programs and support quality initiatives relevant to CAP IPA members.
Program Coordinator for CAP IPA will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of CAP IPA quality data
Monitor, review, track, and analyze key metrics for quality measures across CAP IPA members and relevant programs available to CAP IPA members
Perform enrollment and manage tracking of enrolled members in incentive program
Manage vendor set-up of and communication to participating practices for relevant incentive programs requiring distribution of incentive dollars
Track compliance with CAP IPA Membership Guidelines and Requirements as it relates to quality and regulatory requirements
Prepare and distribute reports on incentive program performance to participating CAP IPA practices and providers
Maintain and regularly update the website page and other educational resources for the CAP IPA quality program
Regularly attend and prepare meeting minutes for the CAP IPA Board Meeting
Collaborate regularly with the CAP Quality team concerning quality and regulatory activities and the status of projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and teams to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve quality and cost metrics (i.e. ACO care management, population health, payor organizations, data analytics, consultants, etc.)
Provide support and education to CAP IPA members, leading to an exceptional membership experience
Provide administrative support to the CAP Quality team
Perform other duties as assigned
Conforms to all applicable HIPPA, Billing compliance and safety guidelines
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional knowledge in Excel. Familiarity with other analytic tools and systems. Understanding of quality metrics such as HEDIS, PQRS, and NQF measures.
Must have excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent written and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals at various levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
