The Temporary Administrative/Executive Assistant will provide mid to high level executive support to senior level staff in various Schools, Colleges, and Administrative Units. The Assistant manages a complex and dynamically changing daily schedule, has responsibility budgets, provides frontline support for the distribution of pertinent information and the receipt of questions and concerns from the offices of senior staff and serves as a trusted aide innumerable matters. The successful candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, be able to multi-task, have demonstrated experience and thrive working in a fast paced environment supporting an executive level staffer with a complex and changeable schedule, and have facility with basic accounting and financial reconciliation matters.
The Assistant requires exceptional judgement, professionalism and discretion in the handling of confidential and sensitive matters.
