MULTIPLEPOSITIONSAVAILABLE. These are grant-funded positions. Afterschool Site Leaders assist with clerical duties at afterschool program locations. They organize staff and child records to ensure proper record-keeping and staff scheduling. They also assist with the day to day operations of the afterschool site, including supply inventory management and planning and implementing afterschool activities as needed. These positions pay $14.36 per hour and can work up to 28 hours per week depending on site needs and applicant availability. Applicant must be available to work Monday through Friday from 12 pm until 7 pm. Successful applicants will work with site supervisor to develop a weekly work schedule that meets the needs of the site. These are intermittent positions, which offer Level 3 benefits (sick leave and retirement ONLY).
Must be 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED (must upload to application)
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of experience working/volunteering with an organization serving children.
Successful applicants must also pass a new BCI and FBI background check and physical provided by their physician prior to starting employment. Costs for these requirements must be paid by the applicant.
Experience working in a public school setting.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience working with Microsoft Access and Publisher.
